Public Speaking Mastery Class: Week 1 – Building Confidence and Finding Your Voice
The Leadership and Innovation Academy opened the first week of its Public Speaking Mastery Class on Saturday, 18th October 2025, with a powerful theme “Building Confidence.”
The opening session set the tone for a transformational journey of self-discovery and growth. Participants explored how true confidence begins from within, learning to embrace their individuality and use their voices as tools of influence and inspiration.
Through guided activities and deep reflection, participants shared personal stories that shaped who they are today, stories that reminded everyone that authenticity is the foundation of great communication.
The session also delved into understanding and overcoming stage fright, helping participants recognize fear not as a weakness but as energy that can be transformed into strength. Through affirmations and mindset exercises, they began developing the inner confidence needed to stand tall, speak boldly, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.
The atmosphere was vibrant, supportive, and filled with moments of courage and laughter, a true reflection of what happens when individuals commit to growth together.
